Chipati Sauce

A reader who found my post on the recipe for Chipati says I am missing an ingredient:

I was looking on your site one day in my quest to find the recipe for chipati sauce. I tried the ranch dressing and red hot but that wasn’t exactly it. The missing ingredient is none other than ketchup!

    It’s just not the same. I have been having friends send me the Pizza House sauce for six years since I moved from Ann Arbor. The spice mix in the ranch dressing/Frank’s/ketchup mix looks about right but something is missing. If you look at the ingredients on the Pizza House bottle, the forth item is red wine vinegar. That item isn’t coming from Frank’s or ketchup.
