In an email to the student body yesterday, the Director of the University’s discipline office, the “Office of Student Conflict Resolution,” outlined changes made to the code of student conduct. Don’t be fooled, however, most changes reflect “clarifying” language, not any substantive changes. For example, the City of Ann Arbor remains the limits for most of the code’s provisions, even though the AAPD is legally responsible for policing off-campus areas.
