Title: Database Issue
SOLUTION
——–
Unfortunately, the MySQL Database Server that your account uses has
suffered unforeseen hardware failure which has regrettably resulted in the
loss of your MySQL data.
The server has now been rebuilt and your MySQL Database recreated for your
use. You will need to restore the database information using your most
recent backup. Your access details remain as they were previously.
We are now implementing a backup system so that this issue will not occur
again and all customers affected by this hardware failure will receive one
months free hosting as an act of goodwill.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience that this issue has caused.”
