National Mall to Get a Plan

The process will be kicked off next Wednesday, November 15 at a daylong symposium at the Naval Heritage Center at Navy Memorial where a rotating panel will discuss the mall in the context of the “needs of tourists, recreational sport leagues, festivals and other events.”
