Given the lack of good bagel options in this town, I've always thought 'Shaw Bagels' would be a great business in our neighborhood. If someone modeled it too on Charlottesville's excellent Bodo's Bagels and got it close to convention center breakfast and lunch-time traffic, I would think it would be successful.
