		<description>Seems to me the economic evolution of these re-established areas in the city is slower than we&#039;d like.  It took ten years for the Verizon Center to have its fullest impact on the neighborhood.  Patience hopefully will pay off.

How about a bagel place in the convention center/nearby Shaw? That would be something.

Given the lack of good bagel options in this town, I&#039;ve always thought &#039;Shaw Bagels&#039; would be a great business in our neighborhood. If someone modeled it too on Charlottesville&#039;s excellent Bodo&#039;s Bagels and got it close to convention center breakfast and lunch-time traffic, I would think it would be successful.</description>
