University of Michigan FY 2003 Employee Earnings Posted
Ever wonder exactly what your professor was paid? How about the administrators and staff? You're in luck since courts have ruled that it is in fact public data according to Freedom of Information laws. If you were curious what they earned in 2002, I have posted that data here. However, as the years go by, earnings change. Thus, here's a 35,436-line spreadsheet containing the name, affiliation, and 2003 yearly earnings of every University employee:> FY 2003 University of Michigan Employee Earnings (.xls, 5.06 MB) (link fixed)

Whoa!! This is a GREAT website!! There is going to be a little wheeling and dealing at the "evaluation" table this year - people in my department with the same job title who have been here 15 years less than me making $3,000 more? Time for a little "equalizing" in our department!! I am going to put my foot down and DEMAND a raise that will close that gap!!!
Think it'll work? BBBWAAAAAAA HAAAA HAAA HAAAAAAA!

Anybody wonder what the real reason Linda is making the same as people with 15 years less of experience might be?
Couldn't be poor performance or apathy? Could it? Hmmmm...of course not. None of us work have worked with that employee...

UNIVERSTIY OF MICHIGAN allows the underpaid to stay underpaid and the way overpaid to just get more. It is sad that fair wages are not given. I know medical assistant that do and know more than nurses however they don't even make close to a nurses wage!!!!!! No they do not have a degree knowlege should count for something.
Why is that a P/A 4 Admin position makes more than a
P/A 5 at Rackham Grad School? The salaries are not fair at all.
