In DC?
I am!WASHINGTON (AP) - Rain has put a temporary damper on the July 4th events scheduled on the National Mall.
In fact, the parade has been officially canceled.
All other Fourth of July activities, including the fireworks and the concert on the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol, are still on.
Line says the only thing that would cancel the fireworks would be high winds or severe, sustained lightning, and neither is expected by the time the show will begin.
More than 300,000 people were expected to crowd Constitution Avenue for Sunday's Independence Day Parade.
