The Ann Arbor News reports on turnout expected tomorrow. In the past it varies widely: from 40% in 2002 to 8.4% in 2001. However, the fact that 1,830 absentee ballots have already been received, "many more" than in 2001, indicates the News might be right to imply turnout will be high.Posted by Rob at 4:41 PM
